I believe Chapter 5 "Creating the Constitution" will be about the writting and ratification of the Constitution, the founding fathers and the way they negotiated to keep everyone's ideas in mind, and the beginning of the United States of America's government.
I think chapter 5 is about the writing and ratification of the Constitution becuase of the Chapter's name and various other headings such as The Signing, The Struggle for Ratification, and Ratification. I also believe that the chapter is about the founding fathers and the way they disagrees but, also the way they negotiated to keep everyone's ideas in mind. I think this because of titles like Agreement and Disagreement, Sharing Power, Reaching Copromise, and Ensuring Fairness were included in the chapter. This Chapter will probably also be about the begining of the U.S. government becuase section 3 is about the government that came because of the Constitution and lasted over 200 years.
